Matt Moura

Matt Moura is the Director of Strain Engineering and Development at Arzeda, where they leverage their extensive experience in bioengineering and biotechnological solutions. Previously, they held roles at Ginkgo Bioworks, including Director of Technical Business Development and Associate Director of Business Development, where they managed multi-million dollar projects and customer engagements. Matt began their career as a metabolic engineer at Greenlight Biosciences, contributing to enzyme discovery and biochemical pathway optimization. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
