Scott Fabro has over 25 years of experience in the food ingredients industry. Scott began their career in 1994 as a Sales Manager for Quali Tech, Inc. In 1998, they became the Business Director for Humko Specialty Powders Division at ACH Food Companies. From 2006 to 2008, they held two roles at Kerry, first as Commercial Director of Specialty Ingredients and then as Global Product Director of Health & Nutrition. From 2008 to 2016, they were the Global Business Director of Truvia/High Intensity Sweeteners and Global Product Director of Health & Nutrition at Cargill. Scott then moved to Sweet Harvest Foods (Natural American Foods) as Vice President of Ingredient Sales. From 2017 to 2020, they were Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Operations Officer at Evolva, where they led the commercial transformation of the company and achieved product sales growth of more than 500% CAGR in 3 years. Most recently, they have been the SVP of Business Development, Food Ingredients at Arzeda since 2022.

Scott Fabro received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
