Halvor Ribe

Halvor Ribe serves as the Executive Vice President at JJ Ugland Companies and has held this role since 2000. Currently, Halvor also contributes as a Town Councillor for the Municipality of Grimstad, a Board Member at both Sørlandet Shipowners Association and Canship Ugland Ltd., and engages with Gard P&I and the Norwegian Shipowners' Association as a board member and committee member, respectively. Previously, Halvor was the Financial Director at Elkem ASA Materials and Carbon Division and held corporate finance positions at Midland Montagu Bank AS and Olav Thon Group. Halvor’s education includes advanced studies at notable institutions such as NHH and the Kiel Institute of World Economy.
