Nancy Anheier

Nancy Anheier is currently the Director of Human Resources at AS Solution. Nancy has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, and has held leadership positions at several different companies.

Nancy started their career in Human Resources as a Field HR Manager/Consultant with Service Provider Group. In this role, they were responsible for managing the human resources function for clients in a variety of industries. After two years in this position, Nancy was promoted to Human Resources Director at American Dairyco Holdings. In this role, they oversaw the human resources department for a large corporation with multiple locations.

In 2016, Nancy became the Director of Human Resources for Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services. In this role, they were responsible for the human resources activities for a company with 250 employees. Nancy was responsible for interpreting and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Nancy Anheier is a highly experienced human resources professional who has a proven track record of success in leadership positions. Nancy is currently the Director of Human Resources at AS Solution, and is responsible for the overall human resources activities for the company.

Nancy Anheier has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Saint Leo University. Nancy also has a Data Science for Business certification from DataCamp. Nancy's undergraduate degree is in Management and Supervision from Florida State College at Jacksonville. In addition, they have various certifications in mediation, conflict resolution, lean six sigma, human resources, and workers compensation. Finally, Nancy is also a licensed pilot.

They are on a team with Brian Jantzen - Head of AS Solution, Tommy Christensen - VP, Field Operations, and Mac Segal - VP, Business Development and Consulting, EMEA. and Nicole Eaves - Global Recruiting Manager reports to Nancy Anheier. Nancy Anheier reports to Ray O’hara, Executive Vice President.
