Regitze Rose

Regitze Rose has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Regitze most recently worked at AS3 as the Head of the Legal Department, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at AS3, including HR Director and Chief Legal Officer. Regitze was responsible for HR in the AS3 group in the Nordic region and led a team of 14 colleagues in Talent & Culture. Additionally, Regitze previously worked at Mploy as a Development and Senior Consultant. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Corporate Innovation and CSR Manager at AS3 Companies. Regitze was also a Partner and Co-owner of AS3 Employment and held the role of Business Unit Manager at AS3 Employment. Before joining AS3, they were the Job Center Manager in Aarhus and a Legal Employee at AF Region Aarhus. Regitze also briefly worked as an Entrepreneur Consultant at Randers Erhvervsråd.

Regitze Rose pursued their education at Aarhus University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in law (Cand. jur). Regitze furthered their education in 2011 to 2012 by attending a school called Board Governance - Aalborg, where they completed the Bestyrelsesuddannelse i Strategic Boardroom program. The field of study for their strategic boardroom program is not specified.
