Jim Hess

Jim Hess has a diverse work experience, starting as the Owner/Manager of Linway Fitness from June 2000 to October 2004. Jim then worked as an Account Manager at The Elkhart Truth in 2005. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Zone Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. In 2010, they joined Pella Windows and Doors of South Bend, IN as a Trade Sales Manager until August 2013. Most recently, Jim has been associated with ASA Electronics, where they served as an RV OEM Sales Representative from August 2013 to December 2017, then as the RV Industry Manager from December 2017 to August 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President RV Division at ASA Electronics.

Jim Hess completed their high school education at NorthWood High School from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they attended the Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship.
