Asa (Ay-Sah) is a certified woman-owned, multi-disciplined, professional services provider located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our team of surveyors, planners, civil and environmental engineers, designers, landscape architects, and construction professionals are experts in their respective fields and each are committed to the delivery of quality services, on-time, on-budget - no excuses.

Client service is the foundation of Asa's business model. That is why the majority of our business is generated through repeat business and Client referrals. We are responsive; we focus on quality deliverables, schedules and budgets; and we work tirelessly to safeguard against all the seemingly inconsequential snags and major stumbling blocks that can appear along the way during the due diligence, design development, or construction of a project.

Equally important to our success is the recruitment and retention of a talent and personality. We work very hard to create and maintain a culture and environment that supports our Client focused business model and achieving that end requires a happy and productive workforce, not a environment or culture that sucks the life out of you. We recruit based on personality, character, work ethic, technical competence and experience (in that order) to ensure a cohesive and collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.
