Debi McCraw

Debi McCraw is a Technical Project Manager at ASA Solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for all service requests from the customer. Previously, Debi worked at Dell Technologies as a Principal Software Engineer for IVR, where Debi was a project leader for various initiatives, and as a Telecommunications Engineer overseeing middleware applications and training new employees in contact management and ACD. Debi graduated from Texas Tech University.
