Amir Baher

Amir Baher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amir founded and led ASA, a pioneering FineTech company in the TSE, where they served as CEO and Program Manager. During their tenure, they increased market share from 2% to 10% and successfully managed various software projects and services. Additionally, Amir worked as a Board Advisor and CIO at Agah Group, where they supervised the establishment and stabilization of IT services. Amir also served as a Board Member and Consultant at Miruk, where they automated Hotel Group BackOffice processes. Prior to that, they were the Head of Software Engineering & BI Department at Saman Bank, where they built and managed a high-performance team and oversaw the production and deployment of over 20 enterprise projects. Amir started their career as a Senior Software Analyst & DB Designer at Tadbir Pardaz IT Group, where they were involved in data analysis, business analysis, and project management. Overall, Amir Baher has a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and software development.

Amir Baher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch in 2004. In 2012, they also completed a mini MBA program in Business Administration from the Industrial Management Institute.
