Joice Simsen began their professional journey as a bakery attendant at Supermercado Izidorio in 2013 and later moved to Joinville, where they gained significant experience in industrial maintenance at MC Manutenção Industrial. They grew their career at Docol Metais Sanitários from a young apprentice in marketing to roles in sales and sales support until 2021. Currently, Joice serves as a Corporate Key Account and Customer Experience Analyst at Asaas, while pursuing a degree in Digital Retail Technology at UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional. Through these diverse experiences, Joice has developed a strong foundation in customer relations, sales, and problem-solving.
