Andy Wingate has extensive experience in marketing and category management across various industries. Beginning as a Marketing Assistant at Flavel Leisure in 1997, Andy has held roles such as Price Analyst at Safeway, Account Manager at IRI, and UK Market Support Manager at Fisher & Paykel. Andy advanced to significant positions including Category Controller at both Miller Brands and HEINEKEN, where a focus was placed on relationship building and strategic insights. Currently, Andy serves as the Director of Category and Insights at Asahi UK, following a tenure as Senior Category Manager at Sara Lee H&BC and Category Manager at Avent, where responsibilities included driving brand strategy and establishing category functions from the ground up. Andy holds a degree in Pure and Applied Maths from the University of Warwick.
