Charles Midwinter

Charles Midwinter is currently the Head of Data at Asana, where they lead the Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams. With over ten years of experience in data science and analytics, they have developed a strong background in marketing, sales, and product-led growth. Previously, Charles held various leadership roles, including Director of Data Science at Elicit, LLC, and Associate Director of Analytics & Strategy at Collegis Education. Their academic journey includes a B.S. in Physics and an M.Ed. in Science Education from the University of Minnesota, along with PhD studies in the History of Science.
