Grace

Grace Ma is an experienced data scientist and growth leader currently serving as the Tech Lead for Marketing Data Science at Asana since April 2024. Prior to this role, Grace was the Head of Growth at Ottr Finance, contributing to the company's journey from its initial Pre-Seed Raise to its acquisition by Worldcoin in March 2024. Additionally, Grace held the position of Data Science Manager at InfluxData, focusing on product-led growth initiatives, and worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Matthews Asia, where quantitative models for investment strategies were developed. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Investment Associate at Morgan Stanley within the Global Macro Fund, alongside an internship in private equity at Ivy Capital. Grace Ma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, graduating cum laude from Princeton University in 2014.
