Jenn Wei

Jenn Wei is an accomplished executive with a strong track record in product management and growth across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of Product - Growth and New Markets at Asana, Wei oversees significant P&L responsibilities and leads product and marketing initiatives. Previously, at LaunchDarkly, Wei was SVP Product & Interim CPO, managing a team of over 40 while driving notable revenue growth in the release observability category. Wei also held the position of Vice President & GM at Rubrik, significantly scaling the SaaS business from $20 million to $800 million ARR and transforming the monetization model. Wei's experience includes key roles at DocuSign, where strategic marketing efforts led to an 8x user adoption increase in the EMEA market. Wei holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
