Lance Barnett

Lance Barnett, PhD, is currently a Senior Product Data Scientist at Asana, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and optimize user experiences. With over eight years of experience in data science, Lance previously held roles at Thomson Reuters, managing software development and product management for portfolio analytics. They also have a background as a Data Science Fellow at Zipfian Academy, where they gained hands-on experience in machine learning and big data technologies. Lance earned a PhD in Mathematics from UCLA and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
