Mackenzie M. serves as the Experience Research Area Lead at Asana since January 2023. With a diverse background in UX research and analytics, experience includes roles as Senior UX Researcher at Gem and Handshake, where impactful research initiatives were implemented to enhance user experiences. Mackenzie is also a Children's Book Author/Illustrator at ERIN MURPHY LITERARY AGENCY INC., with aspirations to publish long-held stories. Additional experience includes consulting roles in sustainability and product analytics, as well as board membership at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management. Mackenzie holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in History from UC San Diego.
