Tomasz Plominski

Tomasz Plominski is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading data initiatives across various companies. Currently a Senior Data Scientist at Asana since March 2025, Tomasz previously held senior data science positions at Grammarly and smartpatient, where responsibilities included building a data lake, developing data services, and generating insights for product development. Prior to that, Tomasz was a Lead Data Scientist at Grupa Allegro, focusing on sales forecasting and price optimization. Tomasz's career began at Accenture, performing credit risk analysis for major banks and consulting on data migration projects. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy from the University of Warsaw and a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
