Gary Marks DO

Gary Marks, DO, is a dual board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics, currently serving as the Telehealth Medical Director for Asante Health System. They have been a Medical Editor and Clinical Informaticist at Schmitt-Thompson Clinical Content since 2019, focusing on telephone triage guidelines. With a keen interest in informatics, they hold certifications as an Epic Physician Builder and Credentialed Trainer, and provide education and support for electronic medical record systems. Gary completed their residency at LA County USC Medical Center, where they served as Chief Resident, and previously held attending physician positions at both LA County USC and Oregon Health Sciences University. They are also the author of "ER Behind the Curtain: The Survivalist's Guide to the ER."
