James Juarez is a physician and educator with extensive experience in emergency medicine and holistic wellness. As the founder of Oasis Adventures since November 2021, James specializes in physician wellness retreats and continuing medical education focused on holistic approaches. Additionally, James serves as a lecturer and trip leader for Wilderness Medicine since January 2016 and has been a physician at Asante since July 2008. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from UT Health San Antonio, a diploma in public health from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology Pre-Medicine from Taylor University.
