Mujahid A. Rizvi

Mujahid A. Rizvi is the President of Hematology Oncology Associates, P.C., a position they have held since 2016, while also serving as an Attending Physician since 2006. They previously held the role of Medical Director for the Hematology/Oncology Service Line and the Asante Cancer Centers, and they contributed as the Medical Director at Hematology/Oncology Rogue Regional Medical Center from 2016 to 2018. Mujahid earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Oklahoma and completed a Medical Oncology Residency at Northwestern University. They also completed Internal Medicine Residency and Internship programs at the University of Florida and served as a post-doctoral research fellow in Hematology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
