Shawn Haning

Shawn Haning has extensive experience in systems analysis and information technology, with a focus on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). From January 2016 to May 2025, Shawn served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Asante, providing support for Infor Cloudsuite, including the Infor OS Multi-tenant application and various integrations. Prior roles at Asante included Senior HRIS Application Analyst and Application Analyst II, specializing in Infor applications and system administration. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Data Specialist at School Innovations And Achievement from July 2007 to July 2015, where Shawn worked with school districts on data analysis and report development. Shawn also served as a HealthConnect Technician II at Kaiser Permanente for a brief period, overseeing a regional hardware upgrade project. Shawn holds an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute and a diploma in Computer Application Specialist from MTI College.
