At ASAP it starts with the calibre of our trained court reporters, many of whom are graduates of a certified two-year court reporting program that teaches them introductory law, legal process, grammar, punctuation and ethics. Before you even set foot in the hearing room, our court reporters will have studied your matter to make sure they are familiar with the parties, the issues and the terminology.

ASAP is headquartered in Arbitration Place. So when you hold your hearing with us, your hearing room will be state-of-the-art. You will be treated to concierge service that includes lunch and snacks prepared and served from our commercial kitchen. Want cappuccino, a gluten-free option, two Aspirin? No problem – it’s all part of our service, at no extra cost.

You’ll not only be comfortable; you’ll also be bowled over by the calibre of our services. We provide real-time transcripts that can be streamed live. If you are examining a witness in Toronto, we can connect your expert in Dallas to the live feed. Then we can set up a private chatroom so that she can text you in real-time on the testimony being given.

We think ASAP is something special – but don’t take our word for it. Ask the Federal Court of Canada, the U.S. Department of the Navy, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada, or the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. They are among those that have awarded us exclusive contracts.

So when professionalism matters, feel free to expect a lot. We deliver.
