Azərbaycan Sənaye Bankı, 1996-cı ildə  təsis olunmuş və fəaliyyətə başlamışdır. Elə həmin il “Azərbaycan Sənaye Sığorta” ASC-ni 100,0% payla təsis etmişdir. TSE–ISO–EN 9000 şərtlərinə uyğun keyfiyyət nişanı almışdır ki, bu da bankın iş sisteminin beynəlxalq keyfiyyət sistemi olan ISO standartlarına uyğun olduğunu göstərən ən etibarlı və mühüm göstəricidir. 2004-cü ildə “Azərbaycan Sənaye Lizinq” MMC-ni 100,0% payla təsis etmişdir.
