Peter Kucer

Peter Kucer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Peter currently holds the position of Director of Business Development CEE at ASBIS. Prior to this, they owned their own business at KUSI. Peter also served as the Chief Information Officer at the National Haematology Service. In the Ministry of investment, regional development and informatization, they held roles such as Head of IT for public administration and Head of cloud and enterprise architecture for Slovakia. Peter worked at eD system as the DNS Country Manager and Country General Manager, overseeing company restructuring and managing direct sales to major retail and digital chains. At EMC, they were the Country Manager, leading company transformation and spearheading strategic planning efforts. Peter served as the Country General Manager at S&T Varias, overseeing crisis management efforts and directing consulting and software development projects. Earlier in their career, they held various managerial roles at IBM, including Manager of ibm.com CEMAAS and SMB ibm.com SW Manager CEMAAS, Senior Manager Strategic Alliances CEMA, and SMB sales manager. Peter started their career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Zilina.

Peter Kucer has an extensive education history. Peter first attended the University of Zilina from 1986 to 1991, earning a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Peter then pursued a PhD in Power Semiconductor Systems from the same university from 1991 to 1994. Later, they enrolled at the Henley Business School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in management. In addition to their degrees, Peter also holds a certification in G Suite Administrator Fundamentals, which was obtained in January 2019 from Coursera Course Certificates.
