Ryan Sheridan

Ryan Sheridan is a seasoned technology development professional with extensive experience in the film and media industry. Currently, Ryan works at Apple since April 2020, focusing on technology development. As an Associate Member of the American Society of Cinematographers since December 2015, Ryan contributes to the advancement of cinematography. Previously, Ryan served as the Senior Vice President of Imaging & Production Technologies at NextVR from May 2015 to April 2020, leading R&D for live-action camera systems. Prior roles include Vice President of Digital Cinema at Otto Nemenz, where Ryan successfully transitioned the company to digital cinema, and Systems Design & Integration for AEG Digital Media, designing a $25 million multimedia production facility. Earlier in Ryan's career, roles included Vice President of Imaging Technology at PACE HD, where modifications to camera systems for major film productions were implemented, and freelancing at Imagination's Edge as a digital cinema educator and HD systems engineer.
