Aarin Haney

Aarin Haney is an experienced professional serving as an Engagement Lead Consultant at The Kaleidoscope Group since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading teams on assessment, learning & development, and strategy projects while driving business growth. Prior roles at The Kaleidoscope Group include Client Service Manager, managing a diverse portfolio in education and sports, and Facilitator, designing and delivering organizational culture and education content. Aarin has also accumulated extensive experience in the music industry as a Songwriter, Media & Artist Manager for ASCAP since January 2005, with notable placements in major television networks, while managing three artists. Previous positions include Lead Project Manager at LAZ Parking, overseeing significant commercial projects and a team of multiple employees, Assistant Portfolio Manager managing residential properties, Property Manager at HWPO Investments, and Co-Founder and Operations Manager of The Linger Martini Bar. Aarin holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Psychology from Sarah Lawrence College.
