D. O is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Carolina Spotlight since February 2014, where the focus is on broadcasting the Carolina region globally. In addition, D. O has held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for The Show Up Show Out Showcase since November 2012, responsible for recruiting talent for major HBCU Homecoming Day Events. D. O has also been active as a Publisher with ASCAP since May 2006, engaging in music writing and co-publishing with partners. D. O holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from South Carolina State University, completed in 2006.
