Jake Staffin

Jake Staffin is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Global Member Services Representative at ASCAP since May 2023, providing exceptional customer service to members through various communication channels. Concurrently, Jake has been a Percussion Instructor at Crestwood Music Education Center since August 2021, delivering private lessons in drum set and classical percussion while also managing administrative tasks such as student registration and lesson scheduling. Previous experience includes serving as a Tour Producer for Craft Culture Tour, overseeing logistics and production for a summer concert series, and a Graduate Student Intern at South Hill Entertainment, where a joint social media project was executed to promote the artist Jagwar Twin. Earlier roles included managing lifeguard operations at Lake Isle Country Club. Jake holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, as well as a Bachelor's in Music with a specialization in Classical Percussion and Audio Production, both from Ithaca College.
