John Bonaccorso is currently the VP of Customer Experience at ASCAP. Prior to this, they were a Regional Sales Manager at Petro from August 1998 to March 2006. In this role, they managed the activity of 17 sales representatives in the home heating oil and HVAC industry, leading both the commercial and residential sales operation. Bonaccorso was awarded membership in the Petro President's Club as top sales manager after exceeding expectations by more than 25%. John managed an annual expectation of almost 8000 residential account acquisitions plus $18,000,000 total sales in the area of heating and air conditioning equipment. John also negotiated various business referral agreements, including one with a leading national retailer, so as to acquire more than 650 new heating oil accounts. In addition, they developed direct mail processes, mail pieces, and procedures to solicit new fuel oil customers by monitoring and reacting to real estate closings. Lastly, they assisted in the planning, design, and execution of Petro's sales reorganization plan so as to move the organization to a centralized selling model emphasizing relationship selling.
