Lauren Autry

Lauren Autry is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Senior Director of Communications at ASCAP since February 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing trade partnerships, employee engagement programs, and both internal and external communications strategy. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions such as Director of Business Development and Lead Qualification Manager, focusing on lead generation and sales cycle management while also facilitating employee engagement and DEI training. In addition to corporate experience, Lauren founded On the Stage, an organization promoting local talent and community involvement with non-profits. A bilingual singer/songwriter, Lauren's songwriting career includes a focus on Country Pop and Pop Alt genres. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Spanish from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts in Russian Language from Richland Community College, along with a foreign exchange experience at Tecnológico de Monterrey concentrating on socio-economic development.
