Mark Barnard is a seasoned composer, arranger, and music educator with extensive experience in the music industry since 1978. Currently, Mark serves as a composer, arranger, and music editor for ASCAP, creating educational and choral publications while also performing with the Rogue Valley Symphony. In addition to freelance performance activities, Mark has directed youth orchestras and taught music at various educational institutions across California, Ohio, and Oregon. Mark has held significant roles, including Music Director at St. Leonard and Centerville Youth Orchestra, and has managed artistic operations for the Oregon All-State Orchestra. With a strong educational background from esteemed institutions such as the New England Conservatory of Music and the University of Southern California, Mark combines musical performance, education, and administrative expertise to enrich the music community.
