O'Mega Red is an accomplished founder and leader in the music and clothing industries, with extensive experience since 2004 as the founder of Stay Grindin Inc. and Stay Grindin Music Publishing, LLC, where responsibilities include talent discovery, song development, and negotiating publishing deals. O'Mega Red also founded Stay Grindin Clothing in 2020, focusing on the journey to success.
