Ray Reach is an accomplished arranger, composer, pianist, vocalist, producer, and bandleader with extensive experience in various musical genres, including jazz, classical, R&B, country, and Christian music. Since January 2005, Ray has been affiliated with ASCAP, collaborating with notable clients such as the late Ellis Marsalis and Blood, Sweat and Tears. From January 1995 to January 2005, Ray served as the Director of Student Jazz Programs at the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame and continues to oversee similar programs through Magic City Music Productions since January 1975. Ray holds multiple degrees in music education, music theory and composition, and liberal arts from institutions including Birmingham-Southern College and the University of Alabama.
