Roberto Rivera is the current Associate Director of Latin Membership at ASCAP. Prior to this, they worked as a Label Manager at Sony Music Entertainment and as a Contestant Manager for both La Voz Kids Season 4 and Season 3.
Rivera began their career in the music industry in 2015 as a Label Manager at Sony Music Entertainment. There, they coordinated the scheduling and delivery of assets for 8 products, served as the main liaison between the Sales, Digital, A&R, and Production Departments, and led project meetings for the development and launch strategy of Charlie Zaa's comeback record. Roberto also assisted label's head of press and publicity during media tours, Premios Juventud 2015 & Premios Tu Mundo 2015's red carpets. In 2016, they transitioned to Talpa as a Contestant Manager for La Voz Kids Season 4.
As Contestant Manager, Roberto Rivera is responsible for managing all aspects of the contestant's journey on the show. This includes coordinating travel and accommodations, managing schedules, and providing emotional support to the contestants. Roberto has been with La Voz Kids since its third season in 2014 and has been instrumental in its success.
Roberto Rivera completed a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
They work with Karl Avanzini - Senior Director, Latin Membership, Jorge F. Rodriguez - Senior Director, Latin Membership, and Luis Castro - Associate Director, Latin Membership. Roberto Rivera reports to Gabriela Gonzalez, VP, Latin Membership.
