Xavier Bost

Xavier Bost is an experienced communications manager at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where leadership in equity transformation includes driving anti-racist and social justice initiatives as part of the Race to Justice Equity Management Team. As a senior administrative manager, Xavier supported the agency's Race to Justice initiative, providing project support and training to over 6,000 staff across 13 divisions. In response to COVID-19, Xavier led an equity taskforce to address structural racism and inequities, representing the team in senior leadership meetings. Additionally, Xavier founded Xtreme Praise Media, serving as CEO, and has a background in the arts as a professional vocalist, writer, and actor. A graduate of Brooklyn College with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Children Studies, Xavier has also worked as a realtor, managing daily operations in the real estate sector.
