Ascend partners with states to:

• Provide specialized needs assessments that help states meet Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
• Manage complex programs that allow states to serve vulnerable populations on a large scale.
• Build paperless authorization and information systems to provide states speed, accuracy, and access to the data needed to inform policy and program decisions.  

Ascend specializes in programs for individuals who are elderly, persons with physical disabilities, and persons with behavioral health, intellectual, and developmental disabilities; we ensure these individuals receive the services and support they need by providing extremely accurate, unbiased, compliant, and efficient assessment services.  Headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, we work with a system of independent contractors around the country who conduct these assessments in their communities.
