Daniel Sapien has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel started their career in 2006 as a Service Advisor at Earnhardt Auto Centers, where they managed operations and assisted in the expansion to two off-site locations. Daniel then joined Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services in 2015, serving as an Account Manager for multiple Fortune 200 and 500 global companies. In this role, they led cross-functional teams, coordinated SaaS solutions, and developed strategies to reduce energy and spend across organizations. In addition, they also worked as an Energy Incentive Analyst, managing data management, rebate processing, and large product roll-outs. In 2019, Daniel joined Cognizant as a Business Analyst, acting as a liaison between IT teams and business teams and implementing SDLC framework within the organization. Daniel also led business development and operations for the global account team in the Financial Services industry. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Sisense as a Customer Success Manager, leading a team of CSMs in the mid-market tier and focusing on onboarding, product, and adoption success of Business Intelligence software. In 2023, Daniel joined Ascend Analytics as a Client Success Manager.

Daniel Sapien's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Mesa Community College. Daniel pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies and completed it in 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Daniel attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Sustainability.

Apart from their formal education, Daniel obtained a Cognizant Digital Business Analyst Certificate from Arizona State University in June 2019.
