Christina Kim

Christina Kim, CSP, currently serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Ascend Elements, where responsibilities include leading EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. Previously, at Fluidra North America, Christina was an HSE US Business Partner, where a robust HSE management system was implemented across multiple locations, resulting in a 60% reduction in TRIR/LTIR and WC costs within two years. As Director of EHS at Airgas Specialty Products, Christina represented the business unit in agency inspections across various states, developed an RMP-PSM program, and conducted extensive HSE audits. Christina began a career in environmental regulation as an Environmental Specialist for the State of Georgia, focusing on RMP inspections and community outreach. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Drake University.
