Dustin Whiteley

Dustin Whiteley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Projects at Ascend Elements since June 2025, Whiteley previously held the position of President and CEO at Onward Resources from January 2023 to June 2025. Additional roles include Vice President of Manufacturing and QHSE at BayoTech Hydrogen, General Manager at McDermott International Inc., and General Manager at Qatar Fabrication Company. Whiteley has also contributed as a board member for SBS Oceanics and possesses a strong background in management through various positions at Halliburton, culminating in the role of Country Manager. Whiteley holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from New Mexico State University and a degree in Executive Development from Texas A&M University.
