Your Health & Wellness

Ascend Functional Health is Owned and operated by Dr. Alfred Alessi. As a Tampa native born and raised, Dr. Alessi’s purpose is to provide outstanding health and wellness based care to all of the Tampa Bay area.

Our focus is to get to the root cause of our patients problems by addressing all areas of health and not just looking at symptoms. We utilize multiple natural health interventions such as functional medicine, nutrition, chiropractic care and much much more. The bottom line is we get you concrete answers and deliver permanent results.

Chiropractic care at Ascend Functional Health is based on Chiropractic Biophysics spinal curve correction protocols. If you’re dealing with pain in your lower back, or need help dealing with your asthma, chronic headaches, ear infections, neck pain, sciatica, or scoliosis, consider chiropractic care. Using hand manipulation paired with specific corrective protocols, we can help your body heal itself naturally. Dr. Alessi and staff take a whole-body approach to getting you to the point where you feel better and function at your best.
