Baker Coon

Baker Coon is an experienced Corporate M&A Counsel at Ascend Learning since May 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the Corporate Development team in M&A activities, conducting due diligence, and drafting various legal documents. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate at Locke Lord LLP focused on private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as positions at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP and Reavis Cianciolo LLC, representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Baker Coon holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middlebury College, with additional studies at the University of East Anglia.
