Erica Wilson

Erica Wilson has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Erica currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at Ascend Learning since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Deputy Compliance Officer from January 2016 to May 2020. Additionally, they were an Advisory Board Member at FilingMate from March 2019 to January 2020. In their earlier career, they were Senior Counsel and Global Compliance Leader at GE Oil & Gas from August 2014 to January 2016. Before that, they held the position of Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Electric Insurance Company (GE affiliate) from April 2001 to August 2014, where they also played a key role in establishing an Irish subsidiary and Canadian branch. Erica started their professional journey as an Associate at Morrison Mahoney from 1998 to 2001.

Erica Wilson earned a BA in International Relations from Boston University in 1993. Erica later pursued a JD degree from New England Law | Boston, studying there from 1994 to 1998.
