Jeffrey Francis

Jeffrey Francis, MBA has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Director / Head of Healthcare PMO at Ascend Learning, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director Of Business & Technology Optimization at Ascend Learning from August 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Ascend Learning, Jeffrey worked at SEI, a global professional services firm. Jeffrey held the position of Principal Consultant at Systems Evolution, Inc. from November 2018 to August 2021. Previously, they worked as a Business and Technology Consultant at SEI from November 2017 to November 2018.

Jeffrey also gained valuable experience at companies like Club Car, Bose Corporation, Monster Worldwide, The Gillette Company, and Deloitte & Touche. At Club Car, they served as the Global Director, Program Management Office from October 2016 to October 2017. At Bose Corporation, they held various roles including Manager, Planning and Portfolio Process from November 2014 to October 2016 and Portfolio and Business Systems Leader from August 2006 to November 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at Monster Worldwide from May 2004 to August 2006. Jeffrey also worked as a Project Manager at The Gillette Company from June 2003 to April 2004 and at Deloitte & Touche from June 2002 to January 2003.

Jeffrey Francis holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Bentley University. Prior to that, they attended Northeastern University where they studied Management Information Systems & Management.
