Lance Beck

Lance Beck has a wealth of experience in customer care and contact center operations, with notable positions at various companies such as Ascend Learning, PhyNet Dermatology LLC, Alliance Data, Fiserv, and ACN. Currently serving as the Director of Client Care at Ascend Learning, Lance previously held the title of Vice President at several companies. Lance graduated from Hendrix College with a B.A. in International Relations.
