Paul Bagley

Paul Bagley currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Ascend Learning, a position held since December 2019, having previously been Senior Corporate and M&A Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Bose Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed providing legal support to various divisions and leading global legal support for marketing and sales. Paul Bagley’s tenure as an attorney at Cooley LLP involved representing companies on an array of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes work at McDermott Will and Emery, providing advice on acquisitions and financing, and serving as a law clerk at the Massachusetts Land Court. Educational credentials include a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from the University of Rhode Island.
