Sweta Sinha

Sweta Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sweta is currently working at Ascend Learning as the Head of AI/ML since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at ATI Nursing Education as the Principal Data Science Manager from December 2014 to December 2018. Sweta also has experience as an Independent Consultant - Machine Learning/Data Mining from May 2012 to November 2014. Before that, they worked as a Technology Lead at DST Systems from August 2009 to April 2012. Sweta started their career at Defence Research and Development Organisation as a Scientist C from September 1999 to August 2001. Throughout their career, they have also held roles as a Senior Software Architect at Embarq from May 2006 to April 2008 and as a Senior Consultant at Sprint from October 2004 to April 2006.

Sweta Sinha has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. In addition, they have completed an Executive Strategic Management Program in Business from Harvard University. Sweta has obtained several certifications, including the AI for Medicine Specialization from deeplearning.ai in September 2020, and the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019. Sweta also holds a certification in Strategic Management from Harvard University, obtained in June 2019. Furthermore, Sweta has completed various online course certifications, such as R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in March 2016 and February 2016 respectively. Additionally, they have certifications in M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers and M102: MongoDB for DBAs from MongoDB, obtained in March 2014 and January 2014 respectively. Sweta's education background also includes a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in December 2013.
