Ye Lin

Ye (Nora) Lin is a Senior Psychometrician at Ascend Learning, where they are responsible for advanced statistical analysis and assessment development. They previously held positions as an Associate Psychometrician and Psychometrician at the same company. Before that, Ye worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa Testing Programs from 2012 to 2018 and completed a Summer Internship at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 2015. Ye earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and both a Master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa.
