Bernetta Scott has over 25 years of experience in the customer service and collections industries. Since January 2007, Bernetta has served as a Creditor Negotiator at Ascend One, building expertise in negotiation and financial management. Prior to this role, Bernetta worked as a Collections Agent at NCO Group from June 2005 to December 2006, and as a Telemarketer at MCI from April 1998 to January 2005. Education was obtained at Edmonson High School, where Bernetta attended from 1979 to 1982.
