David Kulkarni

David Kulkarni is a seasoned professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Principal at Ascendant Development since August 2016 and previously holding the same title at Kulkarni Holdings from August 2013 to August 2016. With extensive experience, Kulkarni oversees the full lifecycle of multifamily development, engaging with investors and lenders, conducting due diligence, and selecting new acquisition sites.
