Garrett Nance

Garrett Nance is a preconstruction professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Ascendant Development since 2022. Previously, they held positions as a Project Estimator and Project Manager within the same company, and as a Purchasing Manager at On Point Custom Homes, where they oversaw extensive contractor processes and vendor relationships. Garrett began their career as an Estimator at Perry Homes and has demonstrated skills in budgeting, market analysis, and public speaking. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
